Pink Tile Education is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to join fantastic schools across the Eastbourne area. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils academically, socially and emotionally while gaining valuable experience within education.
Whether you’ve worked in a school, nursery, residential care setting, support work, youth work or coaching environment, your experience could make a lasting impact in the classroom.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping pupils reach their full potential.
Your day may include:
✅ Supporting teachers with engaging classroom activities
✅ Preparing learning resources and helping create an organised learning environment
✅ Providing dedicated 1:1 support for pupils who need additional guidance
✅ Leading small group intervention sessions
✅ Encouraging confidence, independence and positive behaviour
✅ Supporting pupils with their social, emotional and academic development
✅ Building positive relationships with students and staff
✅ Helping create an inclusive, nurturing and supportive classroom environment
