Learning Support Assistant – Secondary School (East Sussex)
Start: ASAP or after May half term
Contract: Full-time

We are working with a secondary school in East Sussex who are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team on a full-time basis.

This role involves supporting students who may need additional academic, behavioural, or pastoral support to access learning and make progress within the classroom.

The role will involve:

Supporting students 1:1, in small groups, and within the classroom
Assisting students with engagement, focus, and confidence in learning
Working closely with teachers and support staff to meet individual needs
Providing consistent and positive support throughout the school day

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience as a Learning Support Assistant or relevant transferable skills
Is confident working with secondary-aged students
Can build positive, professional relationships with young people
Is patient, reliable, and proactive
Is available to start ASAP or after May half term
