A supportive and inclusive secondary school is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their experienced SEND team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support students with additional needs in the classroom
Work with small groups to promote academic and personal development
Collaborate with the SENCO and SEND department to improve outcomes
Assist in delivering tailored interventions and enrichment activities
Allocate time for admin, planning and training during the school day
