Pink Tile Education is currently recruiting for a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant / SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Bromley.
This role would suit someone who is confident working with challenging behaviour and has experience supporting children and young people with SEMH and SEND needs.
You will work with pupils across primary and secondary age groups, helping them manage their behaviour, regulate their emotions and overcome barriers that may be preventing them from fully engaging with education.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience as a Behaviour Support Worker, Support Worker, Youth Worker, Teaching Assistant, SEMH Teaching Assistant, SEND Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant who is looking to use their skills within an educational setting.
As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping pupils develop positive behaviours and strategies for managing challenging situations.

You should ideally have:
Support Worker experience is highly desirable, particularly experience within residential care, youth work, mental health, behavioural support or other settings involving children and young people.
A driving licence is preferred, although not essential.

Previous school experience is beneficial but not essential. Candidates with strong transferable experience supporting challenging behaviour in care, residential, youth or community settings are encouraged to apply.
