Are you a passionate and caring Nursery Practitioner looking for your next role in a supportive, close-knit setting?

We are working with a lovely nursery in Crawley, caring for around 40 children, who are looking for a Level 2 (or above) qualified practitioner to join their friendly and dedicated team.

👶 The Role:

Supporting children in their early years development through play-based learning
Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Supporting children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Level 2 qualification in Childcare (Level 3 or above desirable)
Experience working in an early years or nursery setting
A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach
Strong understanding of safeguarding and EYFS (desirable)
A team player who is passionate about early childhood development
