A welcoming and well-established nursery in Ditchling is looking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and qualified Level 3 Nursery Assistant to join their dedicated team on a permanent basis, with the option of a temp-to-perm arrangement.

Whether you’re looking to start in September or January, the nursery is keen to welcome someone who is passionate about Early Years education and committed to providing outstanding care and learning experiences for children aged 0–5.

The Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Assistant, you will:

• Support children aged 0–5 with their learning, development and daily routines.
• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Build warm, positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Promote children’s confidence, independence and wellbeing.
• Support children’s personal care in line with nursery policies.
• Help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
• Has previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Has a sound understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Is caring, patient and passionate about supporting young children.
• Can work effectively as part of a team while using their own initiative.
• Is committed to providing high-quality care and learning opportunities.

Essential Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
