The Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0–5.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s development through play.
- Build warm, nurturing relationships with every child in your care.
- Support children’s personal, social and emotional development.
- Observe, assess and contribute to children’s learning journeys.
- Work closely with colleagues and parents to provide the very best start in life.
- Help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive nursery environment.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
- Has previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting.
- Has a genuine passion for supporting young children’s learning and development.
- Is caring, enthusiastic and full of energy.
- Works well as part of a supportive team.
- Has excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

Essential Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
- Previous nursery experience.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Two professional references.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
