We are excited to be launching a brand-new SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school just outside Horley this September and are looking for a passionate and resilient Math Teacher to join our founding team.

📍 Location: Just outside Horley
📅 Start Date: September 2025
🕒 Contract: Full-time, Permanent
💼 Salary: Competitive, based on experience

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to be part of something from the ground up. As our Math Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the curriculum and creating a supportive, engaging learning environment for students with SEMH needs.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Planning and delivering creative, differentiated maths lessons
• Supporting students’ academic and emotional development
• Working closely with a dedicated team to build a positive school culture
• Contributing to the wider life of the school as it grows

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with students with SEMH needs is essential
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• A strong understanding of how to engage and support learners with additional needs
• A calm, compassionate, and flexible approach
