Pink Tile Education is supporting a mainstream secondary school in Horsham that is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their team for an immediate start on a full-time, ongoing basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated teacher who is committed to inspiring students, developing their mathematical skills and delivering engaging lessons in a supportive secondary school environment.
Deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons to secondary school students.
Plan and prepare lessons that meet the needs of students with varying abilities.
Inspire students to develop their mathematical knowledge, confidence and problem-solving skills.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support students’ learning and development.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Experience teaching mathematics at secondary school level is desirable.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching maths.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
A valid DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or a willingness to obtain one.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
