We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of Maths to join our secondary school in Eastbourne on a full-time basis, starting immediately.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated teacher who is passionate about Maths and eager to make a positive impact on pupils’ progress and achievement. The role would suit both experienced teachers and ECTs, with appropriate support available.

The Role

• Teach Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 opportunities may be available depending on experience)
• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that meet the needs of all learners
• Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress effectively
• Contribute positively to the Maths department and wider school community
• Maintain high expectations of behaviour, achievement, and engagement

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold QTS (or be working towards it)
• Have a strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Maths
• Be committed to high standards of teaching and learning
• Have the ability to inspire, motivate, and challenge pupils
• Work effectively as part of a supportive team
