Mental Health Assistants – Specialist School Roles
Surrey
Pay: £92.59 – £130 per day (depending on experience)
Full-Time | Term Time Only
We are currently looking for Mental Health Assistants to work within specialist schools across Surrey, supporting children and young people with SEMH needs and associated challenges.
These roles are ideal for individuals who are passionate about wellbeing, behaviour support, and helping young people overcome barriers to learning.
What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Helping students regulate emotions and manage behaviour positively
• Supporting engagement in learning and daily routines
• Developing safe, consistent and trusting relationships
• Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff to support pupil needs
No prior TA experience is necessary.
