This SEMH specialist school in Worthing supports pupils aged 6–18 with emotional and behavioural needs, many of whom also have ADHD or Autism. The team here is looking for resilient, warm-hearted individuals who bring energy, humour, and consistency to their work.

Building consistent, trusting relationships with students
Supporting learning in the classroom alongside experienced teachers and therapists
Helping students regulate emotions and stay engaged in lessons
Modelling calm, respectful behaviour and de-escalating challenges
Working creatively to re-engage students in education
A team player with a good sense of humour and strong emotional resilience
Someone with experience (formal or informal) supporting children with SEMH or behavioural needs
