We are recruiting a calm, patient, and resilient Mental Health Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist SEMH school in Horsham. This role involves supporting pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs, particularly those with challenging behaviours, within a structured, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
⚠️ Rural location – candidates must be able to drive.
