We are seeking a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Midday Meals Supervisor to join our welcoming SEN school in Virginia Water.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to play an important role in making their school day positive, safe and enjoyable. You will be responsible for supervising pupils during lunchtime, supporting their individual needs and helping to maintain a calm and positive environment.
Supervise pupils during lunchtime and ensure their safety and wellbeing.
Support children with meals and lunchtime routines where required.
Encourage positive behaviour, social interaction and independence.
Provide appropriate support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Monitor pupils and respond appropriately to any concerns.
Help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming dining environment.
Work collaboratively with teachers and other members of the school team.
Follow school safeguarding, health and safety and behaviour procedures.

Previous experience working in a school, SEN setting, childcare, education or a similar environment would be an advantage, but is not essential. Most importantly, we are looking for someone with the right attitude and a genuine interest in supporting children.
Monday to Friday working pattern.
Consistent 11:45am – 1:45pm hours.
10 hours per week.
Part-time hours that can work well around family or other commitments.
