We’re a small, family-run nursery in Horsham, and we’re on the lookout for a Nursery Manager who’s ready to lead with passion, creativity, and a whole lot of fun! If you’re someone who thrives in a close-knit team, loves building strong relationships with families, and believes in the magic of early years—this could be your perfect next step.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading a small, dedicated team with kindness and confidence
  • Creating a joyful, safe, and stimulating environment for children to grow and explore
  • Working closely with families to build trust and community
  • Managing day-to-day operations, compliance, and planning with a smile
  • Inspiring your team and supporting their development

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum Level 3 in Early Years (Level 5 or above preferred)
  • Previous experience in a leadership or deputy role
  • A natural leader who’s approachable, organised, and full of positive energy
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
  • Someone who loves being hands-on and isn’t afraid to get messy with paint or playdough!
