👶 About the Role:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day running of our Horsham preschool site
• Inspire and support a dedicated team of early years practitioners
• Ensure high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• A confident, caring leader with a passion for early years education
• Experience in a nursery or preschool setting (management or deputy level)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A commitment to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment

📆 Working Hours:

• Ideally 4 days per week, but we’re open to 5 days if that suits you better
• Between 30–35 hours per week, term time only
