• Leading the day‑to‑day running of the nursery
• Supporting, mentoring and developing a small team
• Ensuring outstanding safeguarding practices
• Working closely with families, building strong relationships
• Maintaining EYFS standards and delivering high‑quality learning
• Overseeing planning, staffing, rotas and daily operations
• Managing audits, observations and quality assurance
• Ensuring the nursery remains a warm, inclusive and joyful space

• Level 3 or above in Early Years (essential)
• Experienced as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up
• Confident leading a team with positivity and professionalism
• Strong in safeguarding, EYFS and compliance

• Organised, proactive and passionate about early childhood development
• Someone who thrives in smaller, community‑focused settings
