Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) – Full Time

Supply Basis | Immediate Start Available

A welcoming nursery in Bexhill-on-Sea is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team on a full-time supply basis with an immediate start.

This is an ongoing position with no current end date, offering consistency and stability within a supportive nursery environment. There is also the potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate, although this is to be confirmed.

The Role

• Supporting children within the nursery setting on a daily basis
• Creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children to learn and develop
• Assisting with play-based learning activities and daily routines
• Supporting children’s social, emotional, and educational development
• Working collaboratively with nursery staff and parents/carers
• Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework
• A positive, caring, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
