✨ About the Role

We’re looking for a warm, enthusiastic Nursery Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic early years setting in Crawley. This is a lovely role for someone who genuinely adores working with young children and wants a position that feels both meaningful and rewarding.

You’ll be supporting the nursery team with:

Helping children settle, build confidence and form friendships
Supporting play‑based learning and early development
Creating engaging, safe and welcoming learning environments
Communicating with staff and parents in a positive, professional way
Encouraging independence, curiosity and joy in day‑to‑day routines

💡 Who We’re Looking For

Someone caring, patient and confident with young children
A team player with great communication skills
Experience in EYFS or nursery settings is ideal
Level 2/3 in Early Years is desirable, but strong experience will also be considered
A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for helping little learners flourish

All staff must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check or Enhanced check for Regulated Activity with the Disclosure & Barring Services.
