Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in a specialist education setting?

We’re recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join a supportive SEND school in Godalming, working with children and young people with a range of additional needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in helping pupils develop the skills they need to access learning and achieve greater independence.

The Role

  • Assess pupils’ functional, sensory and motor needs.
  • Deliver individual and group occupational therapy interventions.
  • Develop and review personalised therapy programmes.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, families and external professionals.
  • Provide strategies and recommendations to support pupils across the school environment.

About You

  • Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.
  • Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
  • Knowledge of SEND, including autism and sensory processing needs, is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and multidisciplinary working skills.
  • Passionate about improving outcomes for children with additional needs.
