A friendly and inclusive one-form entry primary school in North Horsham is seeking a caring and committed SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis, supporting pupils through targeted interventions and lunchtime provision.

🏫 The Role

Working five mornings per week, you will provide SEND support through a mixture of 1:1 interventions, small-group work, and classroom assistance, before supporting pupils during the lunchtime period.

The role includes:

✅ Delivering targeted literacy and numeracy interventions

✅ Supporting pupils with SEND on a 1:1 basis

✅ Running small-group activities and learning programmes

✅ Supporting emotional regulation and confidence building

✅ Assisting pupils within the classroom environment

✅ Supervising and supporting children during lunchtime

✅ Working closely with the class teachers and SENDCo

• Intervention Teaching Assistant

would be highly beneficial.
