Role; Pastoral & Behaviour Support Mentor (Secondary)
Pay; £89 per day

Our client school in Burgess Hill is a popular mainstream secondary with a strong pastoral culture. They are seeking a mentor to run check-ins, support reintegration, monitor behaviour points and liaise with staff and parents.
For this role, you will need;
• At least 6 weeks’ experience supporting young people (education, youth work or care)
• De-escalation, positive handling awareness and restorative mindset
• DBS on the update service
• Up to date safeguarding training
