Pastoral Lead – SEN School (Near Sevenoaks, Kent)
Start: ASAP or after May half term
Contract: Full-time

We are working with a specialist SEN school near Sevenoaks, Kent who are seeking an experienced Pastoral Lead to join their team on a full-time basis.

This is a key role supporting pupils with additional needs, focusing on wellbeing, behaviour, and engagement, while working closely with teaching and senior leadership teams.

The role will involve:

Leading and supporting pastoral provision across the school
Working closely with pupils with SEN and associated social, emotional, or behavioural needs
Providing targeted support 1:1, in small groups, and within the wider school environment
Liaising with staff, parents, and external agencies where required
Being a consistent, calm, and supportive presence for pupils

We are looking for someone who:

Has relevant experience in a pastoral, behaviour, SEN, or similar support role
Demonstrates strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
Is confident supporting pupils with complex needs
Is resilient, patient, and proactive
Can commit to a full-time role, starting ASAP or after May half term
