We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist SEND school in Waterlooville that supports pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). The Role

As a PMLD Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties
• Assist with personal care and mobility where required
• Work closely with teachers, therapists and support staff
• Encourage communication, engagement and independence
• Provide classroom support tailored to individual learning needs
• Help create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment

Ideal Candidate

• Experience within SEND, education, care or support work
• A patient, caring and empathetic nature
• Comfortable supporting personal care needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for helping children thrive
