Are you an enthusiastic, adaptable Primary Teacher looking for a part‑time PPA role in a well‑established, supportive primary setting? We are working with a fantastic school in the Croydon area seeking a confident practitioner to cover PPA across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 for 2–3 days per week.

About the Role

  • Deliver pre‑planned lessons across a range of year groups
  • Ensure continuity of learning during teachers’ PPA time
  • Maintain strong behaviour management and classroom presence
  • Work collaboratively with phase leaders and class teachers
  • Immediate start with ongoing, stable part‑time hours

We Are Looking For

  • A qualified Primary Teacher (QTS essential)
  • Someone confident teaching across the primary age range
  • A flexible, positive practitioner who can adapt quickly
  • Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills
  • A teacher who can build rapport quickly with pupils and staff
