Salary: £33,700 – £43,500 (includes £2,500 bonus on successful completion of probation)

We are an independent specialist school in Woking, providing high-quality, child-centred education for pupils aged 11–17 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. We’re looking for a full-time SEMH/Primary Teacher to join our dedicated team and help shape brighter futures.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in SEMH or specialist settings (primary or secondary)
• A creative, adaptable approach to planning and delivering lessons
• Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
• A commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed practice
