Position: Special Educational Needs Teacher
Location: Crawley, West Sussex, United Kingdom

Pay: Negotiated on experience and responsibilities within six weeks.

Responsibilities: As a Special Educational Needs Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in the academic and personal development of our students. Your main responsibilities will include:

Designing and delivering tailored lessons to meet individual learning needs
Implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Collaborating with teaching assistants and support staff to provide a nurturing learning environment
Engaging in continuous professional development to enhance teaching practices
Requirements: We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified primary teacher who meets the following criteria:

Recognized teaching qualification (QTS) or many years of SEND teaching experience
Specialism or experience in Special Educational Needs is desirable
An empathetic and understanding approach towards students with diverse needs
Strong communication and collaborative skills
