We are seeking a dedicated and patient Primary Teacher to join a specialist SEMH school in Horsham. This role involves supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs across the primary years, delivering engaging lessons, implementing strategies to support learning and behaviour, and ensuring a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience teaching children with SEMH needs or challenging behaviour

  • Ability to support social, emotional, and behavioural development

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills

  • A calm, proactive, and empathetic approach

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
