We are working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Worthing that is seeking a passionate KS2 Teacher to join their team on a maternity cover basis starting in September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced practitioners up to M4 who are looking to develop their skills within a positive and collaborative school environment.

The Role

Full-time KS2 class teacher position
Planning, delivering and assessing high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
Creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
Working collaboratively with a supportive staff team and senior leadership

The Ideal Candidate

Holds QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
Has experience teaching within KS2 (placements accepted for ECTs)
Is enthusiastic, adaptable and committed to high standards of teaching and learning
Has strong behaviour management and communication skills
Is eager to contribute to the wider school community
