KS2 Teacher (Maternity Cover)

We are working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Worthing that is seeking a passionate KS2 Teacher to join their team on a maternity cover basis starting in September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced practitioners up to M4 who are looking to develop their skills within a positive and collaborative school environment.

The Role

  • Full-time KS2 class teacher position
  • Planning, delivering and assessing high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
  • Working collaboratively with a supportive staff team and senior leadership

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
  • Has experience teaching within KS2 (placements accepted for ECTs)
  • Is enthusiastic, adaptable and committed to high standards of teaching and learning
  • Has strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • Is eager to contribute to the wider school community
