We are working closely with a well-established and highly regarded specialist primary setting in the Farnborough area that is seeking a committed and adaptable teacher to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis. The School

This is a nurturing and inclusive primary setting that supports pupils with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, autism, and moderate learning difficulties. You’ll be joining a supportive and experienced team who work collaboratively to create engaging, structured, and highly personalised learning experiences. Staff are well-supported by senior leadership, and there is a real emphasis on professional development and progression.

The Role

  • Full-time class teacher position
  • Long-term opportunity with potential for permanent placement
  • Delivering a creative, adapted primary curriculum
  • Working closely with support staff to meet individual pupil needs
  • Creating a calm, structured, and engaging classroom environment
  • Building strong relationships with pupils, many of whom require consistency and patience

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience in primary education (SEND experience is highly desirable but not essential)
  • A calm, resilient, and flexible approach
  • Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs

Compliance Requirements

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
  • Up-to-date safeguarding training (essential)
