Teaching Assistant – Burgess Hill

You will:
• Support pupils in class and during small-group interventions
• Assist with behaviour, routines and transitions
• Work closely with the class teacher
• Encourage pupils to become confident, independent learners

• Experience working with children in a school environment
• Understanding of SEND strategies
• DBS on Update Service + safeguarding
• A caring, proactive attitude
