We are currently recruiting for a qualified PSHCE Teacher to join a specialist SEMH school in Dorking from September.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with children and young people with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, delivering engaging PSHCE lessons while promoting wellbeing, resilience, and personal development in a supportive specialist setting.

The role will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging PSHCE lessons
  • Supporting pupils with SEMH and additional SEND needs
  • Promoting emotional wellbeing, resilience, and life skills
  • Adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs
  • Working closely with pastoral teams and other professionals to support pupil progress

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching PSHCE, or relevant experience delivering a similar curriculum
  • Experience working with pupils with SEMH and/or SEND
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A patient, resilient, and adaptable approach

Training and ongoing support will be provided.
