A well-regarded secondary school in Horsham is looking to appoint a motivated and nurturing Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant for a full-time role starting in September 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Psychology graduate to build hands-on experience within a secondary school environment. You will be working closely with pupils who require additional support and developing your understanding of behaviour, learning, and mental health in adolescents.
Role Highlights:
Support students in and out of the classroom across a range of subjects
Deliver targeted interventions to promote engagement and learning
Collaborate with a skilled pastoral and SEND team
Contribute to individual education plans and student progress tracking
Essential Requirements:
Psychology degree (2:2 or above)
DBS registered on the Update Service
Up-to-date safeguarding training
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Pay: £89 per day
Contract: Full-time (term time only)
