Pink Tile Education is supporting a well-established SEND school in Gosport that caters for pupils with Autism, ADHD, Speech and Language Needs and moderate learning difficulties.

The school is seeking a passionate Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026 and support pupils both academically and emotionally.

The Role

  • Providing classroom support for pupils with SEND
  • Delivering targeted interventions under teacher guidance
  • Supporting communication, social skills and emotional wellbeing
  • Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Assisting with behaviour support and learning engagement
  • Supporting pupils to achieve positive educational outcomes

We’re Looking For

  • A Psychology graduate or final-year Psychology student
  • A strong interest in SEND and additional learning needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathy, patience and a willingness to learn
  • Previous experience supporting children or vulnerable individuals is desirable
