Pink Tile Education is recruiting for a specialist school near Emsworth that supports young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Psychology graduate looking to gain practical experience supporting young people who may have experienced trauma, anxiety, behavioural challenges or barriers to mainstream education.

The school takes a therapeutic and relationship-led approach, helping pupils build resilience, confidence and positive pathways for the future.

The Role

• Supporting students with SEMH needs throughout the school day
• Working on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Assisting with emotional regulation and behaviour support strategies
• Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils
• Supporting classroom learning and engagement
• Working alongside teaching, pastoral and therapy teams

We’re Looking For

• Psychology graduates or graduates from a related discipline
• An interest in mental health, behaviour and child development
• Emotional resilience and a calm, proactive nature
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for supporting vulnerable young people
