Pink Tile Education is seeking experienced Qualified Teachers (QTS required) to work as Supply Teacher Cover across secondary schools in Horsham. We work closely with schools to provide high-quality teaching cover, ensuring continuity of learning and a positive, structured environment for students.

This role is ideal for experienced teachers looking for flexibility, variety across school settings, or additional teaching opportunities without the demands of a permanent contract.

The Role:

As a Supply Teacher Cover (QTS), you will confidently deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure a high standard of teaching, learning, and behaviour management across the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and key stages
• Maintain excellent classroom behaviour and a focused learning environment
• Ensure students remain engaged, challenged, and on task throughout lessons
• Adapt delivery to meet the needs of different learners where required
• Provide clear and concise feedback to school staff following lessons
• Follow all school policies, procedures, and safeguarding requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
• Proven experience teaching in secondary education
• Strong and confident classroom management skills
• Professional, adaptable, and reliable approach
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Availability between 08:30 – 15:30, 2–5 days per week
• Right to work in the UK
• Must hold QTS with classroom experience
