🌟 Office Manager – New SEMH School (Full-Time) | Near Crawley 🌟

We are excited to be opening a brand-new SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school just outside Crawley and are looking for a proactive, highly organised Office Manager to join our founding team.

📍 Location: Just outside Crawley
🕒 Hours: Full-time
📅 Start Date: As soon as possible / September start
💼 Salary: Competitive, based on experience

About the Role:

As Office Manager, you will play a key role in setting up and running the school’s administrative functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something new and make a real difference from day one.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the school office
  • Supporting the Headteacher and senior leadership team
  • Coordinating communication with parents, staff, and external agencies
  • Overseeing attendance, admissions, and safeguarding records
  • Ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a school office environment is essential
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
  • A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
