Pink Tile Education is supporting several secondary schools in Eastbourne and nearby towns, including Seaford, Pevensey, and Hailsham, in their search for an enthusiastic Science Specialist to join their teams.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong science background who wants to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons, promote curiosity, and help students achieve their potential in science.
The Role:
Deliver engaging science lessons across KS3 and KS4 (and potentially KS5), following curriculum plans.
Inspire students through practical experiments, real-world applications, and innovative teaching approaches.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the science curriculum.
Maintain classroom management and foster a positive, productive learning environment.
Receive ongoing guidance and support from both the school and Pink Tile Education.
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds a degree in a science-related subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or related field).
Has experience teaching, tutoring, or supporting science in a school or educational setting.
Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and enthusiasm for science education.
Is reliable, professional, and committed to helping students succeed.
