Are you a dynamic and passionate Science teacher looking to inspire the next generation of scientists? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher to join a thriving and supportive secondary school in the Littlehampton area this September.
This is a full-time, long-term position, suitable for both experienced teachers and early career teachers (ECTs) with a commitment to high standards and creative, engaging teaching. The successful candidate will join a forward-thinking science department that is well-resourced and led by a highly supportive leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach general Science to KS3 and KS4 students
Deliver engaging, practical lessons that promote scientific thinking
Use data to track progress and support student achievement
Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities
The ideal candidate will have:
QTS and a degree in a science-related subject
Strong classroom management skills and a growth mindset
Up-to-date safeguarding training
A current DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
