Science Teacher KS3/ KS4

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Inspire and challenge students to develop their scientific knowledge, practical skills, and analytical thinking.
• Adapt teaching methods to support a diverse range of learners and abilities.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive school environment.
• Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and enrichment opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold QTS, a PGCE, or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Have experience teaching Science at the secondary level.
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging, student-centred lessons.
• Possess excellent classroom management skills and set high expectations for all students.
• Hold a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
