Hours: 24 per week, term-time only (8.30am–1.30pm, Mon–Fri)
Salary: (£23,656–£24,027 FTE, pro rata)
Contract: Permanent
A supportive and inclusive secondary school is seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to join their experienced SEND team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support students with additional needs in the classroom
Work with small groups to promote academic and personal growth
Collaborate with the SENCO and SEND team to improve outcomes
Assist with interventions, enrichment activities, and pastoral care
Use allocated time for planning, admin and training
