We are working closely with a well-established specialist provision in Portsmouth that supports pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The school has built a strong reputation locally for its nurturing approach, smaller class sizes and consistent staffing team – something they are incredibly proud of.
They are now looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join them on a long-term basis, supporting pupils who may have experienced disrupted education, trauma, or barriers to learning.
This is not a “sit at the back of the class” role – you’ll be fully involved in:
