Salary: £92.62 per day
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:45pm

We are seeking a dedicated and supportive Classroom Support Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Crawley. You will be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs within a structured, inclusive and nurturing environment, helping them to access learning and build confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils across the classroom and wider school environment
• Provide 1:1 and small group support
• Encourage engagement, independence and positive learning behaviours
• Work closely with teaching staff to deliver support plans
• Support behaviour in a calm and consistent manner
• Promote wellbeing, confidence and social development
• Follow safeguarding procedures at all times

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• SEN experience or a willingness to learn
• A calm, patient and supportive approach
• Strong communication skills
• A proactive and reliable attitude
• A genuine passion for supporting young people

Pay includes 12.07% holiday pay. We aim to respond within three working days; due to high volumes, individual feedback may not always be possible.
