Contract: Full Time | Term Time Only

A forward-thinking primary academy in Haywards Heath is seeking an experienced and compassionate SEN Learning Mentor to support pupils who require additional emotional and behavioural support.

This role focuses on helping children overcome barriers to learning, improve self-esteem and develop positive relationships within the school environment.

You will work closely with pupils who have autism, ADHD, anxiety and SEMH needs, providing both classroom support and personalised interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver wellbeing and confidence-building sessions
• Support pupils with emotional regulation
• Develop trusting relationships with children
• Monitor attendance and engagement
• Liaise with parents and external agencies
• Promote positive behaviour strategies
• Support structured interventions
