Pink Tile Education is currently recruiting caring, resilient, and enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistants to work in and around Selsey, supporting pupils across primary settings.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join welcoming school communities and have a direct impact on children’s confidence, learning, and development.

The Role

You will be supporting children with a range of additional needs, including:

✅ Autism (ASC)
✅ ADHD
✅ Speech & Language Needs
✅ SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health)
✅ Learning Difficulties
✅ Challenging Behaviour

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing 1:1 support or working with small groups
• Supporting pupils within the classroom environment
• Encouraging engagement and participation in lessons
• Helping pupils develop social and emotional skills
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff
• Creating a positive and nurturing learning environment

We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people (school, care, coaching, nursery, youth work, etc.)
• A calm, patient, and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Reliability and commitment
• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
