SEN Learning Support Assistant – Behaviour Specialist

Location: SEN Primary School, Crawley
Salary: £21,500 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Do you have the skills and passion to support children with complex needs and challenging behaviour? We’re looking for a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist primary school in Crawley, where every day you’ll make a real difference.

About the role:

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN and behavioural needs
  • Implement positive behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniques
  • Work closely with teachers and the SEN team to adapt learning and interventions
  • Create a safe, structured environment that promotes emotional regulation and engagement
