About the Role

You’ll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support for pupils with special educational needs. This role requires someone who can think on their feet, manage behaviour effectively, and create a positive learning environment for every child.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience supporting SEN pupils in a primary school setting (essential).
• Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, confident approach.
• Ability to use initiative and adapt to changing situations.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
