Pink Tile Education is recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant for a specialist setting in Chichester, supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEND) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Whether you already have experience in a specialist setting or have transferable experience supporting young people, we’re keen to hear from caring, committed individuals who want to make a positive impact.
Support pupils with a range of additional learning and emotional needs.
Provide individual and small-group assistance with classroom activities.
Encourage engagement, confidence, independence and positive behaviour.
Help create a safe, structured and supportive learning environment.
Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to meet pupils’ needs.
Experience working with children or young people with SEND, SEMH or behavioural needs is desirable.
You are patient, empathetic, adaptable and resilient.
You can build positive relationships and remain calm in challenging situations.
You are committed to helping every pupil achieve their potential.
£93–£100 per day, including holiday pay.
