SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary School (Littlehampton)

Location: Littlehampton
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (Monday to Friday)
Pay: £89 per day

Are you passionate about making a difference in a child’s life? We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Littlehampton. This is a 1:1 support role, working closely with a pupil who requires additional help to thrive in the classroom.

What you’ll be doing:

Providing tailored 1:1 support for a child with special educational needs
Assisting with learning activities and adapting resources to meet individual needs
Supporting emotional and behavioural development in a positive, nurturing way
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement strategies

What we’re looking for:

Experience supporting children with SEN (autism, ADHD, or behavioural needs)
A patient, caring, and proactive approach
Ability to build strong relationships and encourage confidence
Reliability and commitment to the school day
