SEN Teaching Assistant – Havant

We are supporting a welcoming and community-focused school in Havant that caters for pupils with moderate learning difficulties. The school prides itself on creating a positive and inclusive environment where every pupil is supported to achieve at their own pace.

They are looking to appoint a SEN Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis, due to increased pupil numbers and additional support requirements.

In this role, you’ll be:

• Supporting pupils across the classroom and on a 1:1 basis
• Helping adapt learning to suit a range of abilities
• Encouraging engagement, confidence and independence
• Working closely with class teachers and SEN staff

The school has a supportive leadership team and a collaborative staff culture, making it a great environment for someone looking to build long-term experience in SEND.

Role details:

• Long-term position
• Full-time and part-time options available
• Immediate or May half term start
• £93 per day
